Responsible for managing all necessary resources to ensure that manufacturing is executed within the companies' values, leading the activities in order to meet the account goals, driving the VS Team to comply with the requested business objectives. The role should lead the job activities by utilizing the lean tools to ensure the processes to meet time, cost and quality. The role should also ensure that health, safety, and environmental requirements are complied.
Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing activities, maintenance, development and testing of internal tools to ensure compliance with business objectives, maximize productivity and maintain the highest levels of labor for all production activities
• Lead and coordinate resources within production area to ensure that all production are produced efficiently, on time and in line with quality standards.
Ensuring that health, safety and environmental requirements
Ensure that the production plan is executed
Implement and manage continuous improvement along the processes
Manage the team in the best technical practices establishing standard procedures, while advising and leading the team
Implementation of improvements for the investment of new equipment
Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the work area
Work in people development by identifying the needs and providing development plan
Responsible for managing cost within the VS

• Kaizen
Experience on machine tools ( must )
Experience on pressing and grinding processes (desirable)
• Advanced Excel (Dynamic tables, macros)
• Advanced english - Conversational level
HUMAN SKILLS:
• Excellent leadership and human management skills
• Ability to manage a variety of multifunctional team members
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
Minimum work experience of 8-10 years in processes, production, continuous improvement. Experience in manufacturing companies ( desirable within metal mechanic sector)
