International Company is looking for a Field Sales Strategy Manager (Beauty products)





  • Ideate, develop & execute leading best in class sales field strategies for retail partners, with a deep understanding of the Chain retail business and H&B accounts, field employees and customers to develop effective sales penetration and programs to drive sell through.

  • Scale retailer’s presence in the Mexico, developing successful focus door strategies, Beauty Advisor & Merchandiser programs, and retail promotion/ on-site event execution.

  • Establish field sales team in line with sales target, including recruiting, developing, motivating, and maximize the brand experience and drive sales

  • Construct annual field sales budget/target and allocate cost as necessary to maximize impact; monitor and adjust as needed to ensure alignment with targets and objectives to ensure strong ROI

  • Create and evolve regular reports (weekly sales, ranking, productivity) and utilize them to analyze trends and performance, and develop strategic plans to increase market share, rank, comp

  • Manage account Executives/ Managers to ensure maximum productivity via call cycle optimization and volume analysis, educating and coaching them on Chain & H&B Vision, Mission and Values in selling skills and service standards, ensure consistent and high quality execution of our brand experience within sales, retailer outlet, service and education initiatives

  • Initiate and build relationships with key regional and national retail contacts to strengthen brand focus and prioritization

  • Work with Sales director on assortment strategy and collateral materials to support sales and optimize productivity





  • 7-10 years of retail sales experience in beauty

  • Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to inspire and motivate team

  • Growth mindset that translates into a passion for the consumer in a fun and fresh way

  • Quick-thinking hands-on, organized problem-solver

  • Strong project management, cross-functional communication & influencing skills

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills, including MS office

  • Have a desire to flourish in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Fluent English 100%

  • Ability to travel as needed (American visa)
