Position summary
The Director of Supply chain will ensure customer service, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations in a manner to support growth strategy in all sites in charge. This position will evaluate past performance data to forecast business needs, transportation, delivery and warehousing of goods and inventory management, develop budgets, policies, procedures, and functional infrastructure to support the business goals.
Responsabilities:
Oversees all supply chain management, implement environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
Define and ensure delivery according to KPIs, and improve product cost, on-time delivery, or quality.
Become a parter for the Sales, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing Planning (S&OP) to ensure material planning matches’ demand.
Create functional strategies with specific objectives.
Create and administrate the budget.
Assure training and talent development for direct reports.
Education and Experience
10 + years’ experience leading Integrated Supply Chain/Manufacturing organizations in a multiple plant environment of Automotive Industry desired.
ERP system experience
Master on Logistics and Supply Chain.
Lean Expert.
Project Management.
Bilingual Spanish/English
Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Develop talent maintaining challenging environment among subordinates.
This position is in Puebla and offers great compensation package.
