Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for LATAM based in Guadalajara.
Principal Accountabilities
Lead sales of hardware, software, and consumables in Latin America countries through direct sales as well as indirect sales channels
Drive market growth via net new system placements at new customers.
Meet or exceed annual sales plan increasing the level of revenue within the parameters of the business plan.
Acquisition and developing of new channel partners and managing existing ones.
Work with channel partners to identify and qualify business opportunities.
Provide channel partner and customers feedback to the company to match market needs with company products.
Works in conjunction with marketing departments, customer service to drive effective collaboration to achieve business plan and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related
· Fluent English.
· 7+ years leading sales organization in the technology industry
· Sales experience in the packaging industry is a plus
· High customer and team orientation
· Strong communication skills
· Travel across the region when needed
Location: Guadalajara (you must be able to relocate)
