Job Description:
Experience in sales area in construction equipment industry with a manufacturer and dealer;
Good business sense;
Direct sales experience;
Experience managing a dealer network;
Intermediate knowledge level of finance and accounting.
Main responsabilities:
Be the primary contact for dealers in this territory; focusing mainly in São Paulo region;
Work with dealers and conducting marketing and sales promotion activities, and visiting core clientes and dealers;
Key account customers development as well as their management;
Follow up dealers activities, their efforts to bring new clients, business, etc;
Managing dealers retail and inventory volume and machines selling price;
Control of credit line and dealer/customer overdue; Monitoring of pre-established sales targets in territories designated by the Chinese Headquarters and, in cases of direct sales to end customers. Be the contact between the factory and dealers;
Be the primary responsible person for the sales process: Agree with the dealer/customer the price and conditions of sales, interact factory production to ensure product availability, the correct processing of each order, monitor the shipping, credit availability and invoicing process;
Prepare dealer´s/customer forecast and join montly forecast review meeting together with department manager;
Replace current dealers with better ones if necessary accordingly to strategic defined by department manager;
Communicate with China Headquarters to report status of business, request support, respond to questions;
Follow up and evaluate the distributors business plan annually, making sure that the activities described in this plan are complied with;
Provide sales training and support materials to the dealer network;
Daily management of sales, development and execution of territory sales plan, reach the sales target;
Work close to finance area monitoring down payments and receivables, and support collection in specific cases.Support and manage dealers/customers; Together with related areas, support service, parts and marketing project in assigned region;
Development and prospection of Key Account customer relationships, as well as perform field visits;
Development of strong working relationship with product team, service team, parts team, marketing team, finance team;
Develop marketing plans with dealers and marketing department, and support execution through the year;
Support marketing department monitoring dealers correct use of the company's branding materials;
Work with dealers on preparation for Bids, aligning pricing, availability and technical requirements. Work with product manager on technical questions above his/her knowledge.
Educational background: Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or preferably, Engineering.
Prerequisites: Minimum 3 years in B2B Sales
Languages: Fluent/Advanced English (Mandatory)
