Report: Head of Growth

Main Responsibilities:

Create, configure and test automated inbound marketing campaigns and workflows;

• Development of personalized experiences in HubSpot to automate and optimize customer journeys;

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful integration of marketing automation as part of the overall client experience;

• Establish and monitor KPIs and provide performance analysis, including recommendations to improve outcomes;

• Create and maintain contact database, segmented contact lists, and lead capture forms;

• Responsible for creating and managing email templates;

• Leverage dynamic content and smart rules to improve, and optimize customer journeys;

• Monitor journey and campaign execution metrics, tracking and analyzing performance to generate insights to share back with cross-functional teams focused on client engagement;

 

Preferred qualifications:

In-depth working knowledge of HubSpot, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Digital Reporting Tools;

• Demonstrated ability to deliver successful omnichannel inbound marketing campaigns and journeys;

• An understanding of SEO/SEM best practices as they apply to blog and landing pages in HubSpot;

• Understanding of email marketing operations, technology, platforms, databases, email architecture, email regulations and privacy rules is required;

• Experience leveraging dynamic content to support A/B and multivariate testing across digital and traditional channels;

• Working knowledge of API integration a plus;

• Advanced English communication (written and verbal);

 

Graduation:

• Marketing, Economy, Administration and others;

 

Language:

• Advanced / Fluent English;
